We Get Messy!
You can’t learn the artistic process without getting your hands dirty! Through the accessible modality of doodling, you will apply the artistic process toward your challenge and vision. As you create doodles, you will create a solution for your team’s challenge and make it a reality.
How Will We Get That?
I Customize the Experience For Your Team!
Before we begin, your team will identify a challenge we can work on together. You, the Team Lead, and I will meet for 30 minutes to thoroughly understand the challenge so I can create a workshop especially for your team.
We Get Creative!
Your team and I will meet for 90 minutes. Through guided doodling, they will engage in the Artistic process and:
Envision themselves overcoming the challenge
Brainstorm possible solutions that they could take action on.
Experiment with combinations of ideas from different team members.
Refine into action items each team member can take.
Share commitments with each other for accountability and encouragement.
We Reflect, Celebrate, Learn, and Ponder the Future
You, the Team Lead, and I will spend an hour together talking through the results of the program and creating some next steps for your Innovative Leadership!
