Through this 12-session program, your employees will uncover their own solutions to work more effectively, efficiently, and confidently.

Program Structure

Module 1: Vision

We start by identifying a clear vision for success. This helps each employee understand the "why" behind their work and creates motivation that sustains them even during challenging times.

  • Command Book: A personalized, creative approach to documenting tools and systems. Why it’s important and how it will become a key resource throughout the program and beyond.

  • The Big Why: What drives them? What do they value most? How can these insights fuel long-term success?

Module 2: Canvas

This phase involves deep self-exploration to better understand internal motivations, challenges, and strengths.

  • Creative Process: How does their mind work best? What tools or methods help them think and learn effectively? How can this be applied to their day-to-day tasks?

  • Emotional Guidance: Understanding the emotions that arise during work challenges, and how to use those feelings as helpful data rather than roadblocks.

  • Mindset Mastery: Identifying real vs. perceived limitations and discovering ways to use creativity to navigate challenges or eliminate unnecessary constraints.

Module 3: Brushes

Now that a vision and foundational understanding are in place, it’s time to introduce practical tools that employees can use daily to boost their productivity.

  • Project Management: How to break down complex tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep track of projects without feeling overwhelmed.

  • Habit Creation: Strategies for building positive, sustainable habits while understanding personal barriers to consistency.

  • Time Management: Learning to manage time more effectively by gaining awareness of time traps and creating more intentional choices.

  • Task and Workspace Organization: Creating an organized system that supports their goals and keeps distractions at bay.

Module 4: Painting

In the final module, employees practice using their tools and systems to achieve their goals. Here, the focus shifts to task initiation and perseverance.

  • Command Book: By this stage, their command book is a comprehensive, personal guide that will continue to support their productivity and executive function well after the program ends.

What to Expect in Each Session

  • Check-In: How are they feeling? What are their current challenges and successes? A brief reflection to start each session.

  • Preparation Activity: A creative or mindfulness-based activity to center the employee and get them ready to dive into the session.

  • Practical Tool: A new tool is introduced and practiced, becoming part of their Command Book.

  • Guided Question: A thought-provoking question for them to consider between sessions, encouraging self-coaching and growth.

  • Experimentation: Each session ends with a personalized experiment for them to try out at work, providing hands-on experience and fostering new habits.
