I have been coaching clients ages 9 - 54 specifically in Executive Function for 6+ years. Furthermore, I have taught and supervised teachers who work with students struggling with Executive Function. Most of my clients have one or more of the following diagnosis: ADHD, Austism Spectrum, OCD, Anxiety, Depression, Slow Processing Speed, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and more. I regularly partner with their therapists as a part of their holistic support system.

My specialty is working with my clients to help them understand their brains, regulate their emotions, and find the tools that work for them. I lead them in a co-creation process of developing systems and strategies that work WITH their brains and bring more ease into their days. I have an extensive toolbox of exercises and even created an online course helping creatives build executive function skills.
