Kindness+ Creativity+ Strength= Effective Leadership

It is my belief that the strongest leaders are also the most kind and creative!

They are the type of leader you truly look up to and feel uplifted by. They are the type of leader who challenges you to bring who you really are to the table and values each person not only for what they can bring, but for the human being that they are.

They are strong because it takes strength to transform unkindness. Because it takes creativity to see new ways forward that are inclusive and innovative instead of limiting and "the way things have always been done."
